Alexa is an actor/singer/dancer who hails from Austin, Texas and currently makes her home in Myrtle Beach, SC! She has been seen all over the central Texas scene, working in community, regional, youth and summer stock theatre. She has also worked in television and film.
Alexa is a junior musical theatre major at Coastal Carolina University Conway, SC. After spending her fall as an assistant stage manager for "Anything Goes" at CCU, she moved back on stage, appearing as FBI agent Susan in "Bigfoot and Other Lost Couls" at Atlantic Stage and as Reggie Fluty and other roles in "The Laramie Project" at CCU. Most recently she was cast in the roles of Andromache/Hera/Antichorus in the developmental reading of "Helen of Troy" at CCU. She feels blessed to be able to work on stage and off stage with some amazingly talented people!
This summer, you can catch Alexa in the role of Jan in "Grease" at Gretna Theatre in Mt. Gretna, PA! She is thrilled to have the opportunity to work at Gretna Theatre, and is looking forward to performing in their theatre for young audiences shows as well.
In addition to her love of all things theatre, Alexa loves writing (and is working on her own play) and photography. She works at Coastal Carolina University as the student auditions coordinator for the BFA program in the theatre office.
